Here’s how we can get started on your project:

1. Read our FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section first. Then if you’re interested in our services, use our FORM to send us an email with some information about your project. Let us know what you’re interested in (mixing, mastering, or both), when you need the work completed by, what style of music the project is, etc.
2. Once we receive your email, we’ll contact you to let you know if we have the available time to work on your project within your parameters. If we are available, we will arrange for you to send us a song (usually a zipped .wav or .aif file via yousendit.com or our secure FTP client) that we can create a sample mix or master from for you to listen to prior to hiring us. We can also arrange to speak via Skype or live chat about your project.
3. Once you receive your sample mix / master and are interested in hiring us to work on your project, you pay a 50% deposit along with sending us your files via yousendit.com or secure FTP client, or on CD-R or DVD.
4. Once the work is complete, we send you an otherwise identical version to the master (except with intermittent silence inserted in the track) for you to listen to. Upon listening, we can communicate via email, Skype or chat about any revisions required to make you completely satisfied with the result. Keep in mind that even though we strive to make you satisfied, there is a limit to how many rounds of revisions you can do before our hourly fee is applied.
5. Once the revisions are completed, you pay the 50% balance and we send you your finished master, either via yousendit.com or secure FTP Client, or CD-R in the mail.
6. You become another happy, satisfied client!
